Breville Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro with Cutting Board and Mesh Baskets

A combination oven and air fryer, this versatile Breville workhorse is a space-saving addition to the kitchen. It’s equipped with 13 cooking functions, including toast, proof, slow cook and dehydrate. The multitalented machine also features specialized settings for pizza and cookies as well as reheating and warming. The proprietary Element iQ® technology automatically adjusts the power for quick, even cooking, whether you’re air-frying, baking, broiling or roasting. Convection and super convection modes provide ultra-fast, crispy results. Boasting a large 1-cu.-ft. nonstick interior, the oven comes with a bevy of accessories, including a pizza pan, baking pan, air-fry/dehydrate basket and three racks. This special set also contains a bamboo cutting board that fits perfectly on top of the oven, and three extra mesh baskets for air-frying and dehydrating.

Breville Smart Oven® Air Fryer Pro

Use

• Ensure oven has at least 4" of space on each side for adequate air circulation.
• Do not use without crumb tray in place.
• Avoid using utensils on nonstick interior.
• Exercise caution when using pans and dishes constructed of materials other than metal. If using ceramic or glass pans or dishes, ensure they are oven safe to prevent cracking.

Care

• Allow oven to cool completely before cleaning.
• Racks, pizza pan, baking pan, air-fry basket and crumb tray are dishwasher safe.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and scouring pads.
• Wipe interior clean with damp cloth. Do not touch or clean heating elements.
• Wipe exterior clean with damp cloth.
• Clean glass door with glass cleaner and damp cloth. Remove stubborn residue with soft plastic scouring pad.

Cutting Board

Use

• Designed to fit on top of Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer Pro.

Care

• Hand-wash with hot, soapy water.
• Do not soak or submerge in water.
• Dry thoroughly.
• Periodically apply food-safe mineral oil to prevent wood from drying out.

• Oven safe to 500°F.
