Use

• Oven must be placed at least 4" from adjacent walls for adequate air circulation;
• exterior of unit heats up when in use.
• Exercise caution when using pans and dishes constructed of materials other than metal. Ensure ceramic and glass pans and dishes are oven safe to prevent cracking.
• Avoid using utensils on nonstick interior.

Care

• Pizza pan, oven racks, broil rack, baking pan, air-fry/dehydrate basket and crumb tray are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend hand-washing to extend life of accessories. Wash in warm soapy water with soft sponge or plastic scouring pad. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid using harsh detergents, abrasive cleansers and scouring pads.
• Clean exterior and interior with damp cloth. Do not touch or clean quartz heating elements.
• Clean door with glass cleaner or damp cloth. Use soft plastic scouring pad to remove stubborn residue.

Barista Touch Coffee Maker

Care

• Rinse filter baskets and portafilter under hot water immediately after use to remove residual coffee oils.
• Cleaning cycle of conical burr grinder removes oil buildup on burrs, which can impede performance.
• Clean steam wand after texturing milk. Wipe clean with damp cloth.
• Remove, empty and clean drip tray regularly, particularly when indicator displays "EMPTY ME!"
• Clean exterior and cup-warming tray with soft, damp cloth. Polish with soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleansers, pads or cloths, which can scratch surfaces.
• Message prompt will appear when cleaning cycle is required. This back-flushing cycle is different than descaling. Follow instructions on screen.
• In addition to using provided water filter, we recommend descaling if there is visible scale buildup in water tank. Go to "Settings" and select "Descale Cycle." Follow instructions on screen.
